We are pleased to provide in-person support and consultation in our office in 306 Ross Hall. Typically, we can troubleshoot problems, provide assistance with planning, or information about options pertaining to using Sites in a composition class. This might take the form of in-person, email, or remote support. We offer support for students and teachers using ISUComm Sites.
We have dedicated office hours every day of the week when classes are in session, and these are listed in the Support Hours block at the right-hand of every page on our site. It’s OK to drop by our office without reserving an appointment, though if you want to be sure to get one of us, scheduling an appointment might be the best route to go.
We realize most of our users will be working at night and on weekends, so if you need support during those times, please email us at email@example.com.
