I chose to use a <a href=\"https:\/\/news.microsoft.com\/2014\/07\/17\/stephen-elops-email-to-employees\/\">letter written by Stehpen Elop<\/a> to his employees while he was at Microsoft. He was telling them about some layoffs that were made by management, but he did it in a very round about and passive fashion. It was almost as if he was too scared to make the announcement. To fix this, I greatly shortened the letter, and made his message more direct. I also added an appropriate header and closer to help convey the serious message.
